
Internal Sales Executive/Administrator

- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs, timelines, and material requirements-providing timely support and solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Own the full sales cycle-from quote to completion-working closely with stock and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery and aftersales support.
- Sales Performance: Consistently work towards (and exceed!) branch and individual sales targets, with a clear focus on volume, margin, and profit.
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to dormant accounts, follow up on quotes, and work closely with the external sales team to identify local project opportunities
- CRM & Administration: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, keeping quotes and customer activity up to date and assisting with invoicing queries when needed.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our construction materials and industry standards.
- Health, Safety & Environment: Champion a safe working environment by actively promoting a culture of safety at all time.
- A proven track record in internal sales or account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM tools and sales systems
- Ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines
- Flexibility and a proactive, team-oriented approach
