Our client is on the hunt for a talented and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic onsite engineering team! This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary ranging from £43,000 to £44,000, inclusive of shift premium, with additional earning potential through overtime.About the Role:
This hands-on, electrically focused role is perfect for those who thrive in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment and systems, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal downtime across the site.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Delivering effective electrical maintenance and troubleshooting across site equipment.
  • Responding to faults and breakdowns with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Supporting team operations to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and technical standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong electrical background with practical experience in maintenance.
  • 17th Edition certification is essential
  • Ideally qualified to HNC/HND level in a relevant field
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Shift Patterns (3 week Rotation)
  • Days - 07:00-15:00
  • Lates - 15:00-23:00
  • Nights - 23:00-07:00
  • This shift structure is typically implemented during periods of high operational demand. During quieter phases, adjustments may be made to optimise workforce efficiency and provide greater flexibility for employees.
