- Lead and develop good practice within the team, taking responsibility for special areas.

- Manage child protection cases, keeping in line with changing cultural, health, and social needs.
- Communicate effectively in various settings, from client discussions to inter-agency meetings.
- Represent the team in meetings, child protection scenarios, and court appearances if required.
