A day in the life of…Look After Digital Media for new food & drinks offering. To oversee the digital media in the key areas for 'The Huddle' which includes 'The loft'To assist with ensuring that brand website (Radisson RED) is updated / maximised. In all cases work with the Aimbridge digital marketing team to ensure consistency and effective work streams.Key KPI's / FocusRevenue - targets all have revenue goals.Increase followers / impressionsOnline engagementFootfall into The HuddleRevenue for LHRRSEvents and Hospitality (The Loft and Boardooms)What's On at The L&BTommy Tuk TukReputation ManagementWebsites (Radisson brand and The Huddle)The Huddle TwickenhamWork with Aimbridge and Raww on the development / launch of the websiteRadisson RED London TwickenhamReview the recommendation for SEO and update.Review landing pages / main site - update key information via workbench / follow up with Aimbridge and maintain flow / progress docs.Content and Assets:Assist with content creation days where appropriate.Assist Event Executive on 'in house' curated and created content (images and reels)Social Media - B2C platformsAssist with set up of the social media 'focus group' in house, and develop a workstream for team to share content that we can use online.For Huddle and LHRRS work with our appointed agency to ensure that we achieve our KPI's.Monthly targetsPosts and ReelsAdverts and AssetsLHRRS Focus Groupcontent creationSocial Media - B2B platforms (linked in)Setup and implementation of B2B platform social media plan, internal engagement and processes for posting and distribution.Weekly update of create and shareAppropriate content creation for linkedinLiaison with RFU for content sharing (independent from B2C)Reporting / Tracking / TracingWith DORS - setup reporting / tracking/ tracing for visual impact feedback to GM / StakeholdersData Analysis - create and develop analysis of digital streams, to give recommendations for development and improvements in addition to reporting on success / learnings.What do we need from you?
  • This role is suitable for a University Student who is looking to suplemment their digital marking education with work experience.
  • This would suit someone who is adept with using social media. Some level of skill is expected in managing various social media platforms, personal or professional, with interaction with influencers and followers.
  • Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills are essential for this role. They should have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage budgets and schedules.
  • Customer Service Skills: you'll work with our guest first hand so you'll need excellent customer service skills to ensure that our clients have a positive experience. You should be able to anticipate client needs, provide excellent service, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of Social Media: Ideally, we'd love you to have online presence and knowledge of online trends. You should also be able to stay up to date with trends in event planning and hospitality.
  • Flexibility: To handle unexpected changes or last-minute requests you'll need to be flexible and approachable. You should be able to think on their feet and quickly come up with solutions to any issues that arise.
