• £31,500 to £33,000 per annum plus £3,000 service charge

• You are an experienced Restaurant Manager who has previously worked in luxury properties. such as award winning restaurants and hotels
• You are highly organised, have the ability to upkeep morale and outstanding customer service skills
• You are a Restaurant Manager with an eye for detail, key problem solving skills and the ability to ensure very customer leaves having had a positive experience
• You have excellent leadership and communication skills
• You have you own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel
