  • To respond professionally to queries from staff, students & prospective students in relation to the course and all related regulations and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To deal with any problems or issues raised by students, offering advice or referring them to the appropriate Department.
  • To maintain clear communications with students regarding all course related matters, using appropriate methods.
General Administration
  • To provide cover during the absence of other Course Officers and Course/Student Administrators. If required, deputise for the Senior Course Officer.
  • To assist with the general administration of the Office.
Person SpecificationAs successful candidate will need to be you will need to educated to degree or have equivalent experience. Have administrative experience in an office environment ideally within higher education. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will need to be able to work comfortably within a team as well as with a minimum of supervision.
