With a competitive salary of around £45,000, a generous holiday package, and a supportive work environment, this position is perfect for a motivated individual seeking a new challenge.What You Will Do:- Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Business Management System (BMS), maintaining ISO 9001 standards.- Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding returns, rejects, and warranties, providing high-quality NCR/8D reports.- Conduct internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the company's material requirements are met in full, maintaining high-quality standards.- Record, analyse, and distribute Quality Assurance statistical information to support decision-making and performance improvements.- Collaborate with the Commercial, Engineering, and Purchasing departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to quality standards.What You Will Bring:- A strong background in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.- The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings with precision.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside a high level of computer literacy.- Proven experience managing quality systems compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.- Familiarity with I.S.I.R. and P.P.A.P. documentation, as well as the use of measuring equipment such as Faro arms and CMMs.This role is instrumental in ensuring the company's products meet the highest standards, contributing to its reputation as a leading manufacturer in its field.
