Day to Day DutiesWorking as a Sales Administrator for our client your duties will be:
  • Using our in-house pricing system to compile accurate prices for both telephone and written price requests
  • Dealing with other customer queries on the phone including order queries and general advice
  • Liasising with factory staff to ascertain lead time, stock levels etc.
  • This role may expand into a technical sales role for the right candidate
  • Other office duties will be required
Essential SkillsAs a Sales Administrator it is essential that you have:
  • No experience required as full training will be given
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft office especially)
  • Strong communication with colleagues and customers
  • Basic maths skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of ‘Opera’ would be beneficial but not essential
  • Positive attitude to cope with workload in a busy office
  • Willing to learn
Desirable Skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute.
Training
  • Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
