With a strong focus on well-being, personal development, and academic progress, the school is proud of its welcoming, collaborative staff team, all working together to help every learner thrive.Your Role as a Graduate SEN Teaching AssistantIn this role, you will:Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and social, emotional or mental health needsWork closely with class teachers to adapt resources and ensure all students can access the curriculumHelp students build essential life skills such as independence, communication, and confidenceSupport emotional regulation and behaviour management through consistent, compassionate strategiesTrack and report student progress, contributing to the development of personalised learning plansWho We’re Looking ForWe’re keen to hear from graduates who:Hold a degree (ideally 2:1 or above) in Psychology, Education, or a related subjectHave experience working with young people with SEN, in schools, care settings, or through voluntary workAre patient, empathetic, resilient, and genuinely committed to inclusive educationHave a strong interest in progressing into teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or similar fieldsWhat We Offer
