You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support with their emotional wellbeing, either on a one-to-one basis or in small group settings. The role involves promoting engagement, managing behaviour positively, and encouraging personal and social development through structured, consistent support.What you’ll be doingSupporting children with SEMH needs either in class or in targeted interventionsAssisting in the delivery of personalised learning and behaviour plansHelping pupils develop confidence, emotional regulation and social skillsMaintaining a calm, structured environment to support learningWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs and external agenciesContributing to the development and review of support strategiesWho we are looking for
