- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the college's academic and support staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination of meetings, events, and workshops, including logistics and materials preparation.
- To manage incoming communications for the Executive team members, including drafting responses and redirecting to relevant colleagues, as appropriate.
- To manage diaries for the Executive team members, coordinating activities, events, and meetings.
- To provide clerical support to Executive committees and meetings, including preparing papers and agenda, invitations, minuting meetings, archiving documents, and following up on pending actions
- Support the department in compiling reports and maintaining compliance with internal policies.
- Handle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and supply management.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, providing a welcoming and professional service.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within education or the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrable experience in committee servicing, taking accurate minutes with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
