- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails related to payments and account queries.
- Offer practical, non-judgmental solutions for customers with missed payments.
- Clearly explain payment options and responsibilities.
- Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Be a positive team player and contribute to a great customer experience.
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: Up to 10% annual performance-based bonus
