  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails related to payments and account queries.
  • Offer practical, non-judgmental solutions for customers with missed payments.
  • Clearly explain payment options and responsibilities.
  • Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Be a positive team player and contribute to a great customer experience.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Up to 10% annual performance-based bonus
  • Pension: 6% employer pension contribution (matched)

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or collections preferred.

  • German language skills are a bonus, not a must.
  • Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new tools.
