What You’ll Do:
  • Support children with PDA and Autism in one-to-one or small group settings
  • Use creative and personalised strategies to help manage emotional and behavioural challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a holistic learning environment
  • Provide sensitive personal care and foster a nurturing, safe space for students to thrive
What We’re Looking For:
  • A passion for working with children with additional needs, especially PDA
  • Patience, empathy, and creativity in your approach
  • Excellent communication and the ability to build trust
  • Experience in SEN or education (helpful but not essential – full training provided)
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
