📘 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Deliver and Inspire: Teach across FE/HE Business and Finance programmes (Levels 2 to 5), delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support Success: Motivate and mentor learners to help them reach their potential and career goals.
  • Collaborate & Create: Work closely with a friendly, professional team to innovate and enhance our curriculum.
  • Promote Excellence: Represent the department at open days and contribute to the college’s reputation as an Outstanding provider.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
  • A relevant degree in Business and/or Finance (or a related field)
  • A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
  • Previous experience teaching at FE/HE level (ideal but not essential)
  • Passion for business education and student success
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and engaging presence in the classroom
