  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Basic + Excellent Bonus Opportunity
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays
We are currently recruiting for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join a family-run Motor Trade Dealership, renowned for delivering exceptional service in the local area for over 40 years. This dealership represents some of the most sought-after car brands and has built a stellar reputation among customers, suppliers, and employees as a personable and reliable business for both Car Sales and Aftersales Service.The Service Advisor position is crucial to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service department and contributes significantly to the overall success of the dealership; ensuring products and services are explained clearly and going the extra mile for our clients customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to become part of a company dedicated to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment. This business ensures its employees are well looked after and actively invests in their development.In this Service Advisor role, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and efficient service.
  • Scheduling and coordinating service appointments to ensure the workshop runs smoothly.
  • Communicating with customers to identify service needs, offering advice, and explaining recommended repairs.
  • Handling customer inquiries, managing expectations, and keeping customers updated throughout the service process.
  • Liaising with technicians to ensure repairs are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Managing invoicing and ensuring accurate documentation of all work carried out.
  • Promoting additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.
We are looking for Service Advisors with previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade, ideally with a good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
