An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Administrator to join the finance team. This is a full-time, office-based role (8am-5pm, Monday to Friday) based in Greenwich. The position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis and provides genuine scope to progress into a Credit Controller role for someone who is eager to learn and get stuck in.Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Credit Controller with high-volume data entry and processing.
- Ensuring purchase orders are accurate and properly recorded.
- Collating and maintaining evidence of completed work for client payment processing.
- Uploading documents - including worksheets, photos, and supporting files onto client portals.
- Keeping records fully updated so the Credit Controller can focus on payment collection.
- Strong IT skills, with confidence using Excel (including XLOOKUPs), systems, and document uploads.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment.
- Ambition to progress into a Credit Controller role in the future.
