- Help customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve their goals.
- Support customers with learning disabilities in activities like cooking, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining tenancies.
- Assist with personal care, medication, appointments, hobbies, college, or work.
- Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
- Spend quality time with customers – chats, cuppas, and collaborative support with colleagues.
- Level 2 or above in social care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Passion for supporting customers to live their best lives with attention to detail
- Experience caring for others, professionally or personally
- Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient
- Flexible, person-centred approach to meet customer needs, including varied start/finish times
- Comfortable with technology for updating support plans, learning, and team collaboration
- Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate
- 24-hour rota with sleep in shifts/waking nights
- Confident using technology for plans, training, and collaboration
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
