Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm18-month apprenticeship with the opportunity for permanent employment - post-apprenticeship salary: £26,000 per yearAbout The Role:The company is hiring a Customer Service Apprentice to join their friendly and fast-paced team within the construction industry. This role offers hands-on experience and structured training, leading to a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.You'll support customers, suppliers, and internal teams by managing enquiries, coordinating processes, and delivering excellent service.Responsibilities Include:
- Handling customer and supplier enquiries (phone, email, and face-to-face)
- Updating records and maintaining internal systems
- Supporting admin for sales, estimating, and operations teams
- Coordinating orders and following up on delivery status
- Delivering professional, prompt customer service
- Contributing to service improvement processes
- Study is delivered through a blended learning approach, combining online tutor-led sessions with face-to-face support at the employer's premises
- Apprentices will be supported by a dedicated tutor and have access to structured training throughout the programme
- The apprenticeship concludes with an End-Point Assessment (EPA), during which the learner will demonstrate the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours to successfully complete the course

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic IT confidence (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- No experience required - just reliability and enthusiasm
