The Role:
As Area Manager, you will drive performance across your region, ensuring branch managers and their teams are motivated, engaged, and achieving exceptional results. You will:
  • Coach, develop, and lead teams to maximise productivity and performance
  • Drive employee engagement through proactive recruitment, retention, and development strategies
  • Manage and report on the region's P&L, ensuring targets are met and profitability is maintained
  • Identify and act on opportunities to grow market share and boost branch performance
  • Take proactive measures to address underperformance and deliver sustained results
About You:
We're seeking a proven leader who can bring energy, commercial insight, and a track record of success, with:
  • Experience leading high-performing teams in estate agency or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with extensive P&L accountability
  • Inspirational leadership skills, combining influence, approachability, and humility
