It's a role where you'll feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Assistant QS, Quantity Surveyor, or in a commercial or financial role within construction, social housing, or retrofit projects.As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be:
  • Supporting the lead QS with day-to-day financial control, reporting, and commercial performance management.
  • Assisting with cash management, including applications, certifications, invoicing, payments, and subcontract accounts.
  • Contributing to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, CVRs, supplementary reports, and final accounts.
  • Working on Decarbonisation and Retrofit projects, as well as cyclical and planned maintenance schemes.
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
  • Strong knowledge of measurement and valuation.
  • Experience with budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Worked within social housing or similar environments.
  • Previous exposure to Decarbonisation or Retrofit works (beneficial, not essential).
