This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded travel professional to take ownership of a regional programme and develop the product in your assigned destinations. Competitive salary with hybrid working available.Product Executive - Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the product portfolio for your designated areas, researching new destinations, suppliers, and product opportunities.
- Source and maintain accurate product content, imagery, and information across digital platforms
- Lead marketing opportunities for your region, including negotiating supplier marketing contributions
- Ensure internal teams are fully briefed on product details and booking processes
- Organise and manage product training sessions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new suppliers
- Collaborate with the Head of Product on new product proposals and supplier negotiations
- Secure competitive rates and exclusive offers through effective negotiation
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure the programme remains attractive and market-leading
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a product role within the travel industry
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of travel product development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident working with suppliers and internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to write engaging and accurate product content
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
