- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Presales Solutions Engineers
- Own the technical presales process: demos, platform walkthroughs, and solution design
- Support merchants during the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Sales to improve integration strategies and customer outcomes
- Gather client feedback to influence platform enhancements and priorities
- Present technical solutions in a clear and engaging way, internally and externally
- 4+ years in a technical, client-facing role in SaaS (Solutions Engineering, Presales, or similar)
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science (or similar technical background)
- Solid understanding of APIs and system integration (you wont be coding, but youll need to explain how things work)
- Excellent communicator, comfortable simplifying complex tech to any audience
- Bonus: eCommerce experience (e.g., Shopify, SFCC, Magento)
- Bonus: Fluency in French is a major advantage
