Check out our website: .What we need in a nutshellWe want our guests to have a whale of a time whether that be down at the pool or on many of our activities we offer. As Sports and Leisure Manager, you will make this happen by ensuring our leisure activities and pool facilities operate at the highest levels whilst leading a team of qualified lifeguards and activity assistants.We need you to be the person who delivers delight and safety when our guests are splashing about at the pool or taking part in the wide range of activities and facilities we have to offer.What you’ll be doing:Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will oversee the management of our awesome leisure facilities, including:
  • Indoor swimming pool, Archery, Axe throwing, Gym…plus loads more activities (check out our website – you’ll want to get involved yourself!)
Driving gym and swim memberships and finding exciting ways to grow our numbers.Boosting revenue through creative initiatives that keep guests coming back for more.Keeping everyone safe and happy – making sure your areas are clean, compliant, and meet all NOPs.Managing the programme and financial performance of our Sports and Leisure department. * Leading by example – being super friendly, answering guest questions, and jumping in to help wherever needed.What we need from youThere’s plenty of training, but what we require you to already have:
  • A current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
  • A current PPO (Pool Plant Operations) qualification
  • Great interpersonal skills – you’ll need to be assertive as well as friendly
  • Proven leadership skills

  • NPMQ (National Pool Management Qualification)
  • RLSS Trainer
  • Transferable Trainer/Assessor Skills, Experiences or Qualifications
  • Experience in the hospitality sector
  • First Aid Qualification
