Are you an experienced Insolvency Administrator looking for a new opportunity? A leading specialist firm is seeking an additional member to join its growing Corporate Insolvency department.As an Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of mainly Administrations, from case progression to closure. You will report directly to a Manager and work closely with one of the IPs to:
  • Prepare and attend creditors’ meetings to pass and approve the resolutions in the proposals
  • Secure assets and make employees redundant when necessary
  • Realize assets
  • On trading administration, deal with all retention of title claims
  • Deal with ongoing creditors’ queries
  • Produce investigations into the conduct of directors and the affairs of the company
As part of the package, the firm will build a structured development plan around your specific needs, supported by regular appraisals. The firm is looking to bring Administrators up to speed as soon as possible for future promotion as the company grows.Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in corporate insolvency is required
  • Insolvency qualifications would be advantageous, although support is provided towards CPI and JIEB where appropriate.
