- Foster positive learning relationships with SEN pupils while effectively managing behaviour, both in small group settings and one-on-one interactions.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Prior experience working with young individuals, ideally within a school environment.
- Possession of an Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided).
