- Account manage a portfolio of Accommodation and other appointed Partners. The time split is 50% for Local Accommodation and 50% for Non-Accommodation partners.
- Develop relationships with the key contacts at the Hotels (Concierge, Reception, PR, Sales & Marketing, Groups & Events, Operations, GM) - a 360-account management approach
- Deliver key selling points about the Village by personally visiting each of the Hotels on a regular basis (the number of visits agreed in line with goals)
- Identify and develop marketing opportunities for increasing the visibility of Bicester Village at the Accommodation and other Partners, such as social channels, website, apps, newsletter, brochures, displays, posters, television offerings, installations, etc
- Work closely with Marketing content team on all Accommodation and other partners marketing assets
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Partnerships, Sales, Digital Marketing experience and experience of working with Luxury hotels would be a plus
- Knowledge and experience of working with Countly side Luxury Hotels, Middle East, Indian, US markets would be a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
