– Develop, implement, and review care plans to ensure that they meet the identified needs and risks of service users.
– Use a range of interventions and techniques to support children and families during challenging situations.
– Work collaboratively with other professionals and organisations to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
– Record and maintain accurate case notes and reports to support transparent and effective decision-making.Requirements for the Social Worker:– A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
– Current registration with Social Work England.
– Extensive frontline experience working within UK Social Services as a qualified social worker.
