This is a newly created position, arising as the partner who currently oversees compliance prepares for retirement. As such, it offers a rare opportunity to step into a long-term role where you can truly shape and develop the compliance function within the firm.The FirmBased in central London, the firm combines a modern, forward-thinking approach with an excellent reputation across multiple practice areas, particularly Conveyancing. This is a flexible position, available on a part-time basis (minimum 2-3 days per week) or potentially full-time.You will play a central role in supporting the firm with audits and compliance procedures, particularly around SRA regulations and LEXCEL accreditations. Reporting directly to one of the firm's founding partners, you will be a key member of the team and have the opportunity to shape how compliance is managed as the firm continues its impressive growth trajectory.Why Apply?
