
Maintenance Manager - Delivery

- Lead the scheduling and execution of maintenance plans to ensure systems remain fully operational.
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess and reduce the impact of maintenance activities.
- Provide expert guidance on critical systems within Airside Engineering such as the Floodtower, Fixed Electrical Ground Power, Stand Entry Guidance and Aeronautical Ground Lighting.
- Ensure all work complies with safety permits, statutory regulations, and company standards.
- Monitor performance data and audit supplier outputs to maintain high quality and accuracy.
- Promote a strong safety culture and support improvement projects and cross-team collaboration.
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, ONC/HNC, or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in engineering maintenance management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to lead teams and influence across functions.
- Experience in configuring and managing critical systems.
- Experience as an Authorised Person.
- IOSH Managing Safely certified.
