As the first point of contact for a variety of stakeholders, our enquiries assistants play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of the school.The successful applicant will need to be flexible and responsive in order to deliver a high-quality service whether by telephone, email or in person. As well as staffing the reception, our enquiries assistants are an integral part of the external relations team which is responsible for admissions, marketing and alumni relations.
