Basic £32,000 - £38,000
OTE £50,000 - £55,000
Company vehicle, including personal use.
Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way

As a Fire and Security Service Engineer your main responsibilities will be:

Service and maintain Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems
Carry out reactive callouts and fault diagnostics
Plan and respond to daily service visits in your designated region
Ensure all work meets current industry and customer compliance standards
Maintain up-to-date and accurate reporting via the company CRM or portal
Maintain van stock levels and liaise with the logistics team when needed
Attend team meetings and relevant training sessions
Identify personal development needs and seek opportunities for growth

As a Fire and Security Service Engineer your knowledge and experience will be:

Background in electrical/electronic engineering or similar
Experience with fire and/or security systems servicing
Strong technical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service approach
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience working in customer-facing roles preferred
Flexibility to participate in a call-out rota
