- Update and record driver health and safety training
- Ensure all waste management paperwork is accurate and recorded.
- Control, inspect, and maintain lease vehicles
- Manage driver’s hours, working time directive and infringements
- Manage drivers CPC training and records
- Incident and accident reporting
- Carry out induction of new recruit drivers and driver helpers
- Planning and organising N Ireland based Trucks
- Communicating with drivers, customers and sub-contractors
- Assist with the day to day planning of trucks and employees
- Assist drivers with job information and trouble shoot problems
- Other adhoc duties
