- Develop and manage financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to guide business decisions and drive performance - financial modelling, advanced Excel and visualisation dashboards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals - these will range role-to-role across Cost, Revenue, or full P&L.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for senior management and board presentations.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- A strong background in commercial finance (Finance Business Partner, FP&A, Strategic Planning) at SM to Director levels.
- Exposure to Technology, Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Telcos, FinTech, Banks - any blue-chip/large matrix organisation to prove that the candidate can handle big volumes of data, high pressure, and pace.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring teams.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary ranging from £100,000 to £120,000 per annum.
