
SEN Teaching Assistant

- Full-time
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students
- Help with lesson planning and classroom setup
- Promote and aid pupils' communication, self-reliance, and social interactions
- Track student progress and report back to the class teacher
- Coordinate with the school team and external specialists
- Oversee students during break times and lunch periods as required
- Maintain safeguarding protocols and support pupil welfare at all times
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Child DBS on the update service
- Previous experience with children or young people, ideally within an SEN context
- A compassionate attitude
