This is an excellent chance to contribute to a supportive educational setting, assisting children and young people with complex needs, such as autism, SEMH difficulties, and various learning disabilities.About the Role: In this role, you will be an essential part of the classroom environment, collaborating with teachers and other staff to foster pupils' learning, emotional health, and personal growth.   • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students
  • Help with lesson planning and classroom setup
  • Promote and aid pupils' communication, self-reliance, and social interactions
  • Track student progress and report back to the class teacher
  • Coordinate with the school team and external specialists
  • Oversee students during break times and lunch periods as required
  • Maintain safeguarding protocols and support pupil welfare at all times
