Your Role as Kitchen ManagerYou’ll be in charge of our kitchen, making sure everything runs smoothly and the food is top-notch. As Kitchen Manager, you’ll:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including bakers and assistants.
  • Keep the kitchen spotless and make sure food safety rules are always followed.
  • Oversee all the cooking and baking, making sure everything tastes consistently great.
  • Keep food quality and presentation high for our customers.
  • Work with the team to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
  • Handle inventory, ordering ingredients, and cutting down on waste as our lead Chef.
What We’re Looking ForWe need a proactive and skilled Chef who’s ready to lead. You should have:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
  • The ability to work well in a busy environment in Westminster, London.
