As a vital member of the construction team, your role will involve the thorough cleaning of newly constructed residential properties, preparing them for their proud new owners. This includes, but is not limited to, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and the removal of all post-construction debris. You will be instrumental in ensuring that each home is presented in pristine condition, reflecting the high-quality standards of the build.Skills & Experience:
- A valid CSCS card is essential for this role
- Previous experience in construction cleaning or a similar field is highly desirable
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in your work
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a dedicated team
