Conveyancing Paralegal

residential conveyancing matters. This includes sales, purchases and re-mortgages of
freehold and leasehold properties.You will assist the Solicitors/Conveyancers in the team with their caseload of files.You will be assisting Fee Earners with the objective of being trained to manage your own
caseload of legal work in 12 to 24 months or sooner, but subject to experience and
performance.
Any successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with a view to becoming qualified as either Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancer.Candidates should ideally have:
- A law degree
- An LPC or GDL qualification (LPC would be preferred but is not essential)
- Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
- Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
- Assist colleagues and support supervisors in fee earning matters
- Follow compliance guidelines with regards to Solicitors Accounts Rules and cash flow control
- Strong IT skills
- Good drafting and written skills, excellent communication and technical ability
