Rate: £25.00 per hour (Umbrella) / £19.11 per hour (PAYE) / £21.42 per hour (RUPAYE)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Level II) to provide comprehensive administrative support to a department or senior individual. This role requires a proactive and resourceful professional with excellent communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, create, and submit expense reports using Concur.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping (digital and physical).
  • Coordinate office activities, including ordering and managing supplies.
  • Receive and direct visitors in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, including venue booking and agenda preparation.
  • Support financial record keeping and reporting as required.
  • Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Work on assigned special projects, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
