- Ensure the highest level of professionalism when dealing with customers
- Ensure Vehicle Technicians are working in line with time frames, updating customers at all times
- Ensure a high standard of branch management and operation
- Consistent monitoring and review of business results for both retail and account customers
- Regular review of business performance to ensure targets are met
- Experience within a similar role; preferably from a car dealership service background
- A strong understanding of car technology
- The ability to achieve sales whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- Desire and ability to coach and mentor a team
