We’re just as passionate about helping our people get more out of life too; building careers with real growth, a sense of purpose, belonging and wellbeing.About the role.The Junior Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for creating innovative campaign briefs, pitching to partner brands and supporting the overarching objective to increase media income.They will build on strong relationships with the strategic brand partners, creating exciting campaign briefs aligned to brand and business objectives.Scope of role.Campaigns & collaboration:
  • Responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with Brand partners, creating exciting marketing campaigns aligned to both the brand and TVG objectives.
  • Supporting the wider strategy of becoming a Partner of Choice for brands and raising TVG’s credibility in the market through strategic campaign execution.
  • Pitching bespoke campaigns to the brands.
  • Work closely with the category and trade marketing teams to align on key brands and products, launching campaigns at the right time.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign team for a seamless handover in brief.
Budget/Financial
  • Planning briefs for effective use of the brands marketing budget maximising ROI and channel opportunities.
  • Adhering to critical path timelines to ensure brand budgets are secured and risk to income identified and communicated.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches to brand partners, influencing and negotiating to maximise investment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brand partners.
  • Responsible for the effective and thorough handover of briefs to Campaign Manager to ensure response to brief is accurate.
  • Cultivating internal stakeholder relationships, influencing the trading calendars and ensuring fair share of voice across relevant onsite touchpoints and channels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive campaign innovation and a develop a clear long term partner strategy.
  • Work with category to ensure products are appropriately represented and stay informed on market trends.
