SEND Teaching Assistant Full-Time, Long-Term (8.30am - 3.30pm) | £90-£95 per day | Leeds, West Yorkshire We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join an all-through SEND school. In this full-time, long-term role, you will support students with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them access a stimulating and safe learning environment. What You'll Do: Provide personalised, one-to-one and small group support to students with PMLD and complex needs. Assist staff in delivering tailored learning activities that promote communication, independence, and wellbeing. Support the implementation of strategies to meet individual student goals and developmental progress. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to inform planning and teaching. Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Who We're Looking For: Experience supporting students with PMLD, complex needs, or other SEND is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A caring, patient, and flexible team player. Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
