We are pleased to be recruiting for Electrical Installation Engineers for a local Facilities Management company based in the Manchester-Lancashire area on a permanent, full time basis. For this role as an Electrical Installation Engineer, the work involves installation work on several different commercial buildings such as schools, libraries, town halls and other commercial buildings. Ideally for this role you will have experience on similar contracts but it is not essential.Salary and package
£19.32 per hour – equivalent to £40,000 per annum based on a 40 hour week for qualified electricians.
Fuel card (own transport will be required)
Regular overtime available.
Key responsibilities
The Electrical Installation Engineer will be responsible for carrying out installation work on commercial sites as well as occasional inspection work.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for installation and layout electrical systems.
Use of power and hand tools safely and effectively.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations relevant to sites.
Key requirements
City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
ECS JIB Card either graded as Electrician or Approved Electrician.
Recognised electrical apprenticeship.
Experienced in performing Electrical Installation on commercial sites.
2391 qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
Full UK driving licence.
