- Manage and develop a team of AP clerks and improve team co-ordination
- Improve and streamline AP processes
- Oversee supplier statement reconciliations
- Analyse and resolve aged creditor issues and run weekly aged creditor reports
- Generate and review payment runs in line with timetable
- Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and site teams
- Update the Finance Director on weekly progress
- Generate and review payment runs in line with timetables
- Proven experience in supervising an AP team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (COINS experience desirable)
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of sub-contractor processes
