Procurement Administrator – Maidstone – Up to £32,000 + Excellent BenefitsWe are recruiting for a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join a market-leading organisation that provides critical safety solutions across multiple industries. Based in Maidstone (Dartford initially) and offering a salary of up to £32,000, this is a superb opportunity to join a growing and collaborative supply chain team in a permanent, office-based role. You’ll be responsible for managing procurement processes, supplier relationships, and reporting, while taking ownership of a key product line. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in purchasing/procurement/buying.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage daily purchasing requisitions and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.Resolve invoice queries and discrepancies with a proactive, solution-focused approach.Maintain accurate system records, including open receipts and stock levels.Lead the procurement and supply chain processes for a core product, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Create and analyse reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier performance.What Experience is RequiredPrevious experience in a purchasing or procurement role.Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills with experience creating and interpreting reports.Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Manufacturing background is desirableSalary & BenefitsSalary: £30,000 - £32,00023 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing over time)Pension schemeOn-site parkingSupportive and professional team environment with career development opportunitiesLocationBased in Maidstone, this role is easily commutable from
