π Contract: Full time | PermanentποΈ Support the Leaders Who Shape the Future.Weβre recruiting an exceptional Senior Leadership Administrator to join the heart of a thriving school in Wakefield, supporting the Headteacher and senior leadership team (SLT) with high-level admin, planning, and coordination.This is more than a standard school admin role β this is a chance to become the organisational engine behind strategic decisions, staff operations, and whole-school improvement.π§© Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:π Managing and preparing high-level documentation for governors, Ofsted inspections, and SLT meetings
π Diary and schedule management for the Headteacher and SLT β coordinating meetings, training, and school events
π€ Handling sensitive data with confidentiality β safeguarding, HR files, and student records
π Supporting with school census returns, compliance, and data analysis
π Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders, governors, external agencies, and internal staff
π Maintaining efficient office systems including staff CPD records, policy updates, and correspondence
π Ensuring deadlines are met, meetings are documented, and communication is clear, professional and timelyπ You Will Need:βοΈ Strong experience in administration within a school setting or public sector organisation
βοΈ Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
βοΈ Absolute discretion with confidential and sensitive information
βοΈ Professional written and verbal communication skills
βοΈ A calm, proactive, and solution-focused approach
βοΈ A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SIMS, and Google Workspace toolsπ Desirable (but not essential):π Previous experience supporting a Headteacher, SLT or working in an Executive PA / Office Manager capacity
π Familiarity with school data systems (e.g., SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor)
