- You would be based in modern offices in Warwick with free parking and easy access to the A46, Warwick town centre, and walking distance from Warwick Parkway train station.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Hybrid – 2 days a week working from home

- Managing and progressing a caseload of GAP claims
- Contacting customers to explain the process and provide updates
- Negotiating with motor insurers to secure fairer outcomes for customers
- Validating documents and maintaining accurate records
- Providing empathetic, professional, and proactive customer service
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experienced in administration, customer service, or claims handling (insurance or motor claims experience is a bonus but not essential)
