Administrator in Claims Assessment
  • Salary: £24,700 per annum

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

We’re working with a highly respected insurance solutions company that partners with some of the UK’s top automotive dealer groups. This is an opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who is looking to develop their career within the insurance and claims sector.The Role of an Administrator in Claims AssessmentAs an Administrator in Claims Assessment, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers making GAP insurance claims. You’ll guide them through the process, liaise with insurers, solicitors, and loss adjusters to ensure they receive the best possible outcome.
  • Managing and progressing a caseload of GAP claims
  • Contacting customers to explain the process and provide updates
  • Negotiating with motor insurers to secure fairer outcomes for customers
  • Validating documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing empathetic, professional, and proactive customer service
We’re looking for candidates for this Administrator in Claims Assessment job who are:
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Experienced in administration, customer service, or claims handling (insurance or motor claims experience is a bonus but not essential)
