Minimum 10 years of experience in data-centric Business Analyst roles
Recent hands-on exposure to London market Insurance operations
Strong command of SQL and database design principles
Demonstrated experience in data warehousing projects within the P&C domain
Ability to interpret complex insurance data and translate it into actionable insights
Responsibilities
Design and optimise databases to support analytical needs
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse insurance data
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and strategic opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into delivery pipelines
Translate business requirements into data specifications and recommend effective solutions
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations
