As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for running, introducing, and maintaining equipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help elevate operations to world-class standards!What You'll Do:
  • Safety First: Follow all Health and Safety procedures and legislation.
  • Maintenance Delivery: Execute planned and predictive maintenance across all production lines and process areas at the Worksop factory.
  • Facilitate Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Lean Manufacturing tools such as TPM, RCM, FMECA, 5S, and Kaizen.
  • Enhance Performance: Identify and implement improvement ideas focusing on OEE, H&S, and Quality measurements.
  • Operational Excellence: Be an integral team member for the operational performance of new production lines.
Main Duties Include:
  • Deliver maintenance activities through our maintenance system (SAP).
  • optimise equipment condition and address chronic or sporadic issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and assist in developing departmental SOPs.
  • Support best practises in maintenance management and continuous improvement.
  • Train and develop operators in first-line maintenance and problem-solving.
What You'll Bring:
  • An Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications (HNC/HND level preferred) with electrical awareness (18th edition is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of factory processes and technology.
