We’re looking for a proactive Transport Supervisor to join our growing waste management company and help ensure our fleet runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily transport operations, including driver coordination and route planning
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health & safety, and company policies
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage
- Report and manage any incidents, delays, or service issues
- Support the Transport Manager with data reporting and operational improvements
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external contractors
- Previous experience in transport or logistics supervision (waste management preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of transport regulations and fleet compliance
- Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, transport systems)
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
