
Sales Specialist - Fall Protection

- Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan
- Identifying and winning opportunities as required under sales plan
- Work with end customers to advise and promote company's Fall Protection Solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication
- Collaborate with company technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where required
- Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market is essential
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both externally and internally and be able to build excellent customer relationships
- A self-starter/self-motivated with a drive to succeed with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills - written and verbal
- Competitive & Proactive instinct - takes initiative on issues and challenges to find optimum solutions.
- Tenacious, resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspective
- Have a passion for sales and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Basic knowledge of the related EN standards would be preferable
- Ability to develop company brand loyalty across end customers and Distributors
- Ability to ensure accurate communication of product updates and development
- Strong negotiation skills
- Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data
- Proficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
